All the stores in my state are such a mess they don't even follow budgets anymore. We had 7 pharmacists working at a 24 hour store at the same time a few weeks ago because they had 0 techs. There are literally over 100 open pharmacist shifts every month. They offer premium pay, time and a half , mileage, etc when they get desperate.It's most likely a technician job with a $1.00 to $2.50/hr raise. Increases "career pathways" to create "advancement (lol)" opportunities for technicians. It sounds like they're making a traveling technician who tries to be the RxOM of a bad store temporarily and then send them on to the next dumpster fire.It is standard dress rules for ever. All pharmacy team is supposed to wear black or white shoes. The slacks thing is moot. Countless rph wear leggings (which is wrong for obvious reasons) (distraction) but nobody cares 🙃.
