I didn't have a fleet, just a bunch of shipyards and stockpiled alloys.With how Stellaris events tend to work it could’ve been a completely legitimate question. One thing you could do would be to play until the Prikkiki'ti appear, then use the console to spin off a megacorp using their species, and switch to playing them. You can't. Their civic doesn't allow for any diplomacy whatsoever.
