The solo games can feel a lot slower so less exp per hour and the beginning is a lot more legwork ( thus the agility ), however they'll net you SIGNIFICANTLY more points per game, thus more items in each reward crate. Sonething to note is that the worlds you'll be able to solo are getting harder to find as all the group-irons are doing the rounds. Solo Wintertodt is better construction XP, but worse firemaking XP.
