The tv turns on now and works, however I have to set it up as if it's brand new and I went to download the updates and it has been downloading for hours now and seems to be stuck. Updated the firmware using a USB thumb drive plugged into the USB port on the back of the TV. Found the firmware on Vizio's site here . Connected the TV via the Ethernet port.
