RMR has a tiny window and your draw and press out needs to be DIALED. But it’s tough as hell and will be GTG once you learn how to get a good sight picture consistently.Holosun 507 Comp Specs & Performance. As we've found with other optic reviews, quoted lifespans aren't always accurate due to differences in battery selection, brightness levels, temperature, and other factors. To start this review, I put a fresh Energizer battery in the optic just after mounting it on 08 September 2022.The Trijicon SRO top-loading battery redesign was my favorite feature that they added compared to the RMR, which requires the user to remove the sight for battery replacement. The SRO’s replaced two RMR’s that I thought would never leave my M4’s, but for my eyes I really took to the larger sight radius and ability to change battery from the top, IMO improved overall & never looked back. Only reason I went ahead and installed the BROS was fear..from all the people running RMR’s that constantly say the RMR(and ...RMR is far more durable than the SRO. And if you are careful in removing / reinstalling the RMR after a battery change, its still very close to it's zero. The ACRO is not intended as a competition optic. It's intended as a duty/CCW optic. The window's smaller, but it has a sealed emitter.
