This Scythe was originally created from the Staff of Elune, combined with a fang from Goldrinn. This weapon has a long and detailed history in the lore of Warcraft, and has even been previously seen in game, in the Worgen starting zone.

If you are in feral spec, you can transmog the fangs over ANY weapon; use the artifact subsection within the weapon options, not one-handed weapons.
