But if you hear a quick "grinding" noise as soon as the engine actually kicks over its most likely your starter this is a pretty common k20 issue. ಠ_ಠ.4 posts · Joined 2022. #1 · Jun 7, 2022. Just replaced starter couple of weeks ago and this just started happening, intermittingly nothing, no clicking or anything in P or N, or any shifter position. Took it to a service station that removed a starter solenoid and worked okay for a few hours but then same again.
