It appears that the hammer and hammer spring "might" interchange. The Kel-Tec magazines will fit the SCCY if you move the notch. Not vice versa. The SCCY mag parts will fit the Kel-Tec, and vice versa, but they do not interchange. I have a Kel Tec P11 and after not firing this gun for a few years, noticed a quirk in the slide. When the mag empties and the slide locks back, slide does not then return to forward position when pulled rearward, as it should. Sure it does not have a firing pin block, but it does have a spring that keep pressure on the firing pin. +1 on the debris around the striker. I've noticed that the spot where the hammer makes contact gets a bit chewed up, necessitating some needle file work afterwards. No such stress apparent with snap cap usage. The safest way to carry the P11 is in a level 3 retention holster, a trigger guard lock installed, the empty mag stored in a floor safe, and the ammo left at the local Walmart.
