Some promos only apply to specific cities, states, countries, etc. Promos can’t be combined - only one promo code can be applied to an order and if it’s for a specific amount, any unused amount does not roll over to another order.#1 - I think this is an example of how hard it is to get rejection communication to sound right. I'd guess they intended it to soften the blow - "We didn't go forward with you, but don't worry, it's not because we thought you were bad, it's just that we couldn't even get to look at your application before we were done hiring."
