July 2019. My first I140 was approved in March2020, then my NIW-I140 was approved May2020. Then in September 2020, my case was transferred 2 times, first to Nebraska then to Overland. Then I got the Medical RFE in October 2020. Quite a long time honestly, and at some point I was sure that my case got lost or something.
