Ooma outgoing calls not working
My ooma was working fine, but recently the voicemail stopped functioning. The personal message I recorded does not play. ... Then repower the Ooma Telo and test. If that doesn't work try calling with a *98 before the number dialed. Example *98-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx *99 should help also but there may be echo after the call connects.

Sometimes the call rings through OK, sometimes the call goes directly to voice mail, sometimes the caller receives a message, the number you have dialed has been disconnected or is no longer in service, please check the number etc. . .
