Wisely card login my account
Citi - Sign OnWisely is terrible. I went to upgrade my card because no one takes the wisely card without the chip. My account was closed and they said my identity could not be verified when I sent in everything they asked me to send. I am now being told that my account cannot be reactivated and they are giving no reason why. Customer service is very bad.
