In 1983, a young Black man named Timothy Coggins is found brutally murdered in Spalding County, Georgia. But just as promising leads are uncovered, the case is inexplicably closed.Timothy was a caring, charismatic 23-year-old man with his whole life ahead of him. On October 9, 1983, two men made the decision to end his life, because he was black. This is a heart-wrenching story of how ugly and horrific some people can be.
