Voltaggio is the co-owner of STRFSH, a fast-casual fish sandwich shop in Santa Monica. STRFSH was opened in October 2017, and he co-owns it with his brother Bryan. Also, Voltaggio, along with his brother co-owned Estuary, which was located in Washington D.C. Estuary operated under the Voltaggio Brothers' leadership from 2019 to March 2022.He and Michael opened critically acclaimed Voltaggio Brothers Steakhouse at MGM National Harbor late last fall. Next up in their growing co-empire is Monger, a Gulf-inspired full-service restaurant set to open in Miami's 50,000-square-foot food hall Central Fare in the first quarter of 2018.
