When looking through forums after my NCLEX (wondering the same thing you are!) I came across only ONE instance of a false positive. Sounds like the computer marked their exam and passed them, and then when the human marked it, they actually failed. If you wrote 115 questions, I'm sure you're fine! I have the same case, my account was locked due to the incorrect credit card info entered for several times. The last attempt my card payment went through but my account was then restricted. I was advised to call the Pearson vue hotline. I haven’t seen my quick result yet.
