Okay, so to get Artisan First Aid, you must complete a easy to hard quest involving saving the lives of 15 patients, allowing for a maximum of 6 to die. Was hard for me, but easier for some. It seems you can't pick up the quest when someone else is doing it. I flew to Arathi for the quest.
