Magic shortbow shoots faster. Also the spec of Seercull doesn't do any ''extra-damage'' but reduces the magic level of the target. Since this doesn't add anything to your training.. its useless. The magic short bow however has a great damage spec. Also, the seercull is far more expensive then the cheap and easily accessible Magic shortbow.I tried brute forcing it with Seercull but letting the clones die, and I only got two of them down before i got overwhelmed.
