TLDR: ITI major courses are so dumb with no exams ever and shouldn't get any jobs or even be a major. They get jobs because the hiring managers are fooled and don't even know what the ITI majors even do. A lot of companies have their own training programs anyway. It is basically a ticket to bullshit your way to a job. The ITI major is a bit light on the tech side, but it is a good stepping stone into the MI program (especially if you do the 4+1 option). What it is really good at, is integrating the 'human' side of IT into the technical side.
