During the distribution of Forms 4241-A and 4241-M, it was discovered that some of the data fields did not display correctly. It’s a ”Mini Mail Survey” & is RRECS. RRECS is actually already implemented (Live) & the September Survey will be the 1st evaluation based on RRECS. Only reason to have one is to determine flat or letter for RAW mail or Saturation mailing RRECS qualification. We won’t be arguing Parcels or Fletters anymore.…
