I have no idea what it is, and my dad, who usually can figure stuff like this out, had no idea either. I've looked on the internet and found some similar issues, but no one seems to be having this exact problem.Immediately upon starting the car, the radiator fan begins to run full speed, even though the car is stone cold. The AC is OFF. The radiator and condenser are BRAND NEW. This problem existed before and after the radiator was replaced.
