From what I’ve heard from other people, Jack Sparrow can be a little overkill at times and it’s pretty lengthy but if you want to maximize your score and have the time, do JS. Milesdown is less detailed but it’s still decent and not as long as JS. JS also corresponds to the Kaplan books (except P/S, where it’s for the 300 KA). Anki is free. When preparing for and taking the MCAT can cost thousands of dollars, prospective med students will jump at the opportunity to use a free software. It does cost $25 one time on iOS, but it's free on Android and on the web browser. Anki brought flashcards into the limelight for medical students.

So I would not recommend only using anki lol.Copy and paste section from 86 page to the “extra” tab on Anki and make sure everything make sense (comparing to 300 page). Then copy and paste certain sentences from summary with cloze deletions.
