thats part of the grind, if you leveled the character normally you would have gotten some as drops. plenty of people probably till have plenty unopened bags because they haven't decided what they want to level. also the population essentially doubled with f2p, people arent going to be using the ah before lv 50, wait 2 days, to a week before complaining their is none on ahIf anyone else is grinding Dares so they can craft the weapons, spend your strange coins on Starhorse bounties and Paraversal Hauls instead of buying keys directly. You'll get more keys overall from opening the hauls, plus a chance at more loot and exotic armor.
The one bounty that I'd recommend are the ones from Starhorse that reward Paraversal Hauls. Other playlists are worth playing at your leisure, the strike and Gambit playlists have some really good weapons but I prefer to only farm Gambit when it's double rewards week and the Strike playlist loot pool is quite diluted at this point.
