I have both Nacogdoches and Martinville. The first one definitely has better stats with the right stirrups. Personally, I think the Nacogdoches is the ugliest saddle there is and wish I didn't buy it. I could live with the ugliness if they would finally fix the reins not being attached correctly. No. The stats on the saddle itself are better, but you can’t equip stirrups to it so it loses a bar of speed and acceleration, and it’s stamina drain reduction is 20% lower. You also can’t add saddle bags to it so you can only carry five outfits.

Nacogdoches saddle is the only one that gives 3 stat points instead of 2, with a proper stirrup your stamina will become infinite.
