This is a drop holster for a 1922 Browning. It is Luftwaffe accepted "eagle/2" and the other marking is a shield with the letters "JFC" inside it. (see attached photo). It would also indicate, at least to me, that this is probably a 1932 marking and the pistol was probably in police use throw the war.
