It is not stuck cd time with sw. we have more heal from staff1 2 4. more evade from staff5. block from staff has 12 sec cd but shield need 25 sec.Your shortbow skills pierce with this build so kite around and shoot through as many enemies as possible. In open world: Icerazor's Ire Shortbow 4 Shortbow 3 Shortbow 5 (or save for CC) Shortbow 2 (spam off cooldown) And kiting around auto attacking all the while.
