Feb 24, 2020 · davin Discussion starter · #8 · Feb 25, 2020 (Edited) I searched through the service manual and found that the P0AFA code is considered a type a DTC. • DTCs P0AFA and P0AFB are type A DTCs. • If any of these DTCs are set, the vehicle will operate in a reduced power mode and charge sustaining mode. A mechanic will use a battery tester or multimeter to analyze the state of your car battery. If the battery voltage reading is low, you may have a weak battery and will need to charge or replace the battery. 2. Bad Battery Connection. Cars won’t start if the cable connections on their car batteries are ripped or loose.

The transmitter pocket is the depression in the inside of the center armrest tray. You need to remove the rubber liner so that the key fob is in very close proximity to the RF transceiver.
