Feb 13, 2017 · item came in the original box with no protection. i picked up the package from the usps counter, and the contents just rattled inside. i took it home and took everything out. the left window cavity onthe cover of the incubator has a piece of foam missing. the plastic cover which was supposed to cover this window was inside the incubator.But then I ordered this Hova-bator incubator and successfully hatched my first baby geckos :) this incubator seems (and is) very pricey for pretty much just a block of Styrofoam with a heater, but it works and it's reliable.
