Its the same green border around the sentinel canon and the upgrades. I tested the sentinel cannon, fully upgraded and was not impressed with the damage output. I felt like a noob with the starter ship. I usually skip sentinel canon and use INFRA-KNIFE for all my ships. I'm not familiar with it. There will probably be a dozen or so around the crashed Sentinel Interceptor-- just use your visor to track them down. You'll need the Advanced Mining Laser to harvest Radiant Shards. Inverted Mirrors are a little trickier.The Mech is useful/fun, but a huge pain to pilot, and I've had quite an issue with finding upgrade modules. The buggy is probably my favorite/best overall for just driving around. It's decently quick, has at least some storage, and is easy to handle. And regular hyperdrive mods. So basically anything you would use in a regular ship can be used for your sent. interceptor.
