The Kurak dungeon is only in the Exiled Lands. that's ♥♥♥♥, so only exiles land will have obolus? Not sure what you mean by "will have." Right now you can earn and spend obolus on either map. If you have some left over when the Age of War starts you will be able to spend them on the Exiled Lands but not on Siptah.
