Then I moved the raft to another spot and caught another eel in five attemps. Then again to another spot and again 1 eel in 5 or 6 attemps. This way it took me about 12 minutes to catch all 7.It seems like Dracthyr/Evokers can't use the underlight angler. I went and grinded the Bigger Fish to Fry achievement on a third character, my new dracthyr evoker , to get the Underlight Angler artifact. Everything worked as it should until I got the artifact fishing pole, and then when I put on the pearl the UI was blank, no traits to take.

Anglers Fishing Raft is something I also Second after you are 35 with skill 225 all you have to do is go to Nat Pagle in Dustwallow marsh, hes on a small island west of Theramore Isle. Third all you need to do to catch these fish is have the name of where they mention in the quest above your minimap, anywhere inside that area is fine to catch them.
