Wooden walls that you build of course. You're thinking of a bag of plaster, but I'll try the concrete/cement on the walls. Haven't seen a bag of cement though only 'bag of concrete'. Perhaps wooden floor then? According to the wiki, the recipe using bags of concrete is not yet implemented and is currently a vanity item with no purpose.You’d have to build a staircase along the outside wall on the first floor to basically put a barrel on the outer 2nd floor if that makes sense. There is currently no way to plumb a sink that is on the 1st floor from the 3rd floor barrels. Hopefully this changes but probably won’t any time soon. This one was the solution!
