I just explained in excruciating detail how it works. Every time you equip a bandana you create a custom outfit. If you load that Custom Outfit, it deletes your old custom outfit. Takes it right off the horse too. There's a mod wherein you can 'Name' your Custom Outfits and have 200 of them, if you want, but I don't trust it not to break my game.
