Jan 7, 2022 · The Pomeg glitch has been known since around 2006-2007, but it took years for its full potential to be realized. The name comes from the use of Pomeg berries. Using a Pomeg Berry on a pokémon which gained HP through EVS will decrease its HP. For this glitch to work properly, you must have a Pomeg Berry and a Pokemon who has not had their HP lowered as much as possible already through Pomeg Berries.
