Did not have a backup of my Plugin.txt and now I am f#$%@d. Vortex and the Starfield extension put the whole list into alpha order in the Plugin.txt. The current version of Vortex cannot install mods with both plugins and loose files correctly for Starfield. If a Starfield mod has both plugins (ESM files) and loose files, Vortex will only install the plugins and not the loose files. However, if a mod has either only loose files or only plugins and not both, Vortex will function correctly.
