Combine that with it's setbonus of getting a regeneration chance on a block, all your healing become pretty efficient, which outweights the extra protection from roly poly.I find the Ladybug armor is great for running around solo. I like using it with the Tick Macuahuitl and Fire Ant Shield, it lets me leech health off the bugs and save on healing items.
