Sign someone up for spam emails

Thank you. I have started recieving junk/promotional emails that are addressed to someone else's email, the emails aren't addressed to me, which normall. I have recieved 14 such emails in the last couple of days. In one email i have just noticed that it says You are receiving this email because you are signed up to receive emails from DailyOM.
