Hi all, so my wife has been waiting for her case for over 2 years now(05/24 NOA1) Every time we call the USCIS the representative says we can ask to speak to a tier 2 officer if you don’t get a response/reply within 30 days…but every time we call them they send a letter couple days later stating ...Out of personal experience, looks like a tier 2 agent CAN schedule biometrics. I just spoke to a tier 2 officer on callback today and had mine scheduled. Got a confirmation email too saying that the appointments have been scheduled and the appointment notices have been mailed. Sometimes tier 1 agents are full of baloney.
