Slayer staff is a good, low cost spell that hits higher then blast spells and is cheaper, so, anything you would want to mage for profit, slayer staff is your best option.Which is why it's so good! When it comes to cost efficiency Iban staff is a better choice than Trident. 1 death rune + 10 fire runes vs 1 death 1 chaos and 5 fire runes, trident costs 75gp more per cast.
