Ursius and Brumeran are no longer Elites as of todays patch, which means its a possibility that Shy-Rotam and her Mate are no longer Elite aswell. Ursius patrols the mountains north of Everlook. He ranges over a wide area so it might be advisable to ask over General Chat if any has seen him.
