I just got a Vermeer Rebel 5400 with Accu-tie. Everything seems to work great, but the tie system doesn't engage. It beeps that it's full, but the tie arms want extend. I can get it to start tying, but I'm getting bales that are only tied on the ends.The Rebel is a little lighter built, but pretty much the same workings. From my experience if they start a bale the only thing to stop them from turning is the slip clutch, chain breaks, gearbox goes down or something else mechanical from what I have seen.
