Dec 10, 2012 · Dec 10, 2012. #1. I have a Manco Fox Conquest go cart. It has a Robin Subaru 5hp 126cc engine on it. It will start ok (4-5 pulls), but when I drove it, it will go for about 100 feet then practically stop. If I let of gas pedal to about halfway, then it will start going fast again.
