Things like throwing grenades and shooting to gain strength/recoil control xp should not be added or severely nerfed in offline as they could be abused. Overall character xp should be rolled back as it currently is.But with no Scavs in Offline Mode I can't listen any footsteps and I don't want to test it in Online Mode.
