After an accident his soul ended up tied to the basically indestructible necklace seen around his neck in this picture. He'll (usually involuntarily) possess anyone (or anything) that puts on the necklace, assimilating their bodies.Because he's Dr bright and we need to keep up with what he's not allowed to do. He also needs to be reminded what he's not allowed to do. Just because of his very existence he needs a list nice joke but where’s my answer.
