To drop nukes you need to have built them,duh.You build reactors that give % per day to a nuke.Once you have a nuke you need over 75% air superiority and a strat bomber in range.Then its big boom. Rockets are just like air wings.Once you build a rocket launch site your rockets will start production there ...Idea- Planes on Airfield should be destroyable. How come that you can not have air supremacy but yet keep your planes on the airfield out of harms way somehow like the planes are protected just because they are on the ground. In ww2 some air raids were on unguarded airfields where just a few planes could take doozens of planes out of action ...

The thing is, these provinces are like 20x20km where a ww2 nuke blows up everything in like 3km around the impavt area, meaning the majority of the province is unaffected by the nuke ... This all existed before 1.5, however before the update it would only occur for the first place you nuked, and if it was a major city you would get a news article like this one.
