Picked up a New to me 2018 EX 1.5t with 50000km with complete dealer service history about a week ago and noticed a light knocking noise from the engine at idle. When starting my car ('17 w/ the 1.5T w/ 68k) for the first time when cold every day ("cold" being relative in a garage that's often 90F), the idle is pretty rough when the car's in Park or Neutral. Putting it in gear, or running it just a little bit, and it smooths right out.
