Get a Haynes manual to find the location of the power distribution for your truck. On the '92 F-150 it is on the driver side of the engine compartment just to the rear of the air filter box. Be sure all the fuses inside the truck are good. Check the connectors and the wiring.This video shows how to diagnose and resolve a common no crank no start problem on ford engines. Easy and cheap. Best to replace o-rings on it after the pull, but odds are it should be okay to at least get a start. Can always be replaced later as it's not all that to remove. Pull the bowl (drain first), use a 1/2" inch drive 1 1/8" deep socket and partially place ratchet in it to pop it loose. do the cleanout steps and replace.Fuse 24/30amp (hot at all times) {engine compartment} supplies PCM relay pin 30.
