I have a 2023 Silverado LT Trail Boss and occasionally & randomly the audio will cut out. When this happens no sound will be produced regardless of the source (bluetooth, xm, FM, andriod auto). Takes about 30-45 seconds and see what it does then.Step 3 - Check the cruise control on/off switch. It will work with a usb stick from one of the office supply places. I've been using a 16 gb one for years. I has about 4gb in use and iirc that's somewhere around 45 or 50 hours of audio. I know a usb stick will work in my 2023 Silverado LT.
