I walk you through my process of properly diagnosing a no-start condition on this 2005 Durango 5.7LMy 2011 Durango, a neighbor's 2012 Durango, and another neighbor's 2012 Grand Cherokee all have TIPM issues. Mine was the first to go. History shows that a defective TIPM fuel pump relay will start off as an occasional "no start" scenario, typically when the vehicle is cold, and then get worse over the next 2-3 weeks.

No crank remote start doesn't work either. Always starts first but won't come back on after you turn off at gas station or after short drive. Brake is sort of hard can't press through. No failure messages.Finally, the mechanic had an idea, a workaround that improved things a lot. Push the ignition switch/button through the whole cycle 3 times so that the fuel pump builds up pressure in the system and then start the car. Almost no hesitation every time! That tells me that it is definitely fuel related. Seems to me like my fuel lines are emptying ...Sounds like you found the cause of the issue. A bad ground. Could be the battery with an internal problem, Could be a cable clamp that's dirty or not tight enough. Keep in mind, that if the battery has gone dead, been unhooked, replaced, etc. some of the codes may have cleared. Start with the ignition key at the off position. Rotate it from off to run (not start) 3 time within 5 seconds. you'll end up leaving it in run. The starter fuse is F7 (all the way left in the diagram image) and the starter relay is K7 (also all the way left).
