I'm not sure what historical thing you are referring to. Historically the wedding between Isabella and Ferdinand happened in 1469 and in 1474 Isabella became Queen of Castile(when her half-brother died) and in 1479 Ferdinand became king of Aragon(when his father died). So whatever happened in the 1500s would not have any impact on this.Isabella seems to fire right after my first ruler dies.
