I'd say a budget cEDH deck like this is probably a 9. It is much more powerful than the precons, and as a non-evil human you should not put it in the same pod, as you will likely win every time.In my mind, any precon is a beginner template into EDH. Some are more linear than others, but overall most precons since 2018 can sit at a table with most other precons and have a good game. I argue that the power level spiked a bit with CLB and 40K precons, but overall they still can't handle the heat of a 3v1 game.…
